Shipping & Handling

All shipping and handling fees are included in the prices. We send by FedEx courier service, to trace your package go to the FedEx website and enter the item number. The item number will be provided by us after shipment of the package all necessary details can be found in our reply email. So please expect 4 to 7 days for international or interstate delivery time. We reserve the right to change the method of delivery/shipping at any time without notice. We have same day shipping on in-stock orders, but for all items that are not in-stock we will ship out to you as soon as they become available.

Customs Duty for International Orders

The customer is responsible for any customs or duty charges in their country. Please check with your customs service to see if there are any fees that will be collected upon delivery. Generally, there are no duties on personal sports equipments in small quantities.

Damage Claims

All merchandise is shipped with excellent packaging, any visible damage should be brought to the attention of the delivery person. In the event of hidden damage a claim must be filed immediately with the carrier. If you require assistance with a claim please email us immediately.

Please Note:

Deliveries that are signed free and clear of damages will be the recipient's responsibility. No exceptions.
