Return Instructions

Your Champion Cue can only be returned because of manufacturing defects, material flaws or shipping damage. Please E-mail us immediately and within 48 hours we will reply to you by email and authorize you with return instructions for you to return your cue in the free hard pool cue case to your Champion dealer that you purchased the cue from. We will pay for shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

Exclusions

If the cue is personally damaged or if the shaft is warped and has been altered in some way (i.e. sanded, re-ferruled, re-tapered etc.) you cannot return your cue, your cue must be unused and the tip unchalked. The reason for this is that all of the cues that Champion Cues sells are new and not second hand. If we take a cue back that has been chalked or used we would be unable to sell that cue as new, even if the chalked tip is replaced and the cue is cleaned up or refinished - Please Think About It! Thank You.

Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of the approval of your claim.
